Behind the Scenes: Building Nassim from Ground Up

Nassim is more than a building — it is a statement of how we think about place-making in North Lebanon. From the first sketch to the last handover, every decision was driven by quality, context, and long-term value.

Design Philosophy

We wanted a project that feels rooted in its context while offering a clear step up in comfort and design. The architecture responds to the site, the climate, and the way people actually live: communal spaces that encourage connection, and units that prioritize light, air, and privacy.

Engineering and Execution

Strong structure, efficient MEP, and careful sequencing were non-negotiable. We worked with experienced consultants and contractors and kept a tight grip on timelines and quality. Weather, logistics, and supply chains required constant adaptation.
